When you fill out the free consultation form or the application form, we collect the information you send us: name, email, phone number, child's first name and grade level, subject, needs and availability.

This information is used only to respond to your request, schedule a consultation and, where applicable, prepare your child's support. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your information is stored securely and only for as long as needed to process your request and follow up on our services, in accordance with the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25, Québec).

This site may use cookies and audience analytics tools to improve the browsing experience. No advertising data is resold.

To answer your request faster and better, our team relies on automated assistance tools based on artificial intelligence. They are used to summarize a file, prepare an email draft and power the website's chat assistant. The provider of these tools (Anthropic) processes data outside Québec.

These tools only receive the information needed for the task. What happens next with your request (reply, appointment proposal, support) is handled by a member of our team: the tools prepare and organize that work. Automatic email reminders are fixed-template messages, sent according to rules set by the team, without using these tools.

You can ask at any time which information was processed this way, and request its correction or deletion, using the contact details below.

The 'Ask AI' links provided on the site open third-party external services (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity) governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. No personal browsing data is sent to these services by our site.

After an inquiry, we may write to you to follow up. Every follow-up contains an "Unsubscribe from follow-ups" link: one click is enough, and it is processed immediately for all inquiries made with the same email address. Emails related to an already scheduled appointment or session (confirmation, reminder) continue. We no longer send commercial follow-ups 6 months after an inquiry, nor 2 years after an enrollment (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation).
